Join us in running or cycling around the world for an amazing cause!

The goal of this event is to close the healthcare gap through running and cycling around the globe. Funds raised from this event will go towards providing world class neurosurgical care to those who need it most through the mission:brain foundation.&nbsp;

<h2 style="font-style:normal">With YOUR help!</h2><h2 style="font-style:normal">Pledge a dollar amount per km you run or bike and let us circle the globe together!</h2><h3>One lap around the globe is 40,075 km or 24,910 miles so your participation es vital.</h3>&nbsp;

This VIRTUAL EVENT will take place from Friday October 22nd, to Sunday October 31st, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. EST through the Asdeporte app. Participants will choose their desired race length and km value to complete. Distance does NOT need to be completed in a single session and additional milage can always be added.&nbsp;

The competitor will decide in how many sessions he or she will complete the distance.&nbsp;

There will not be divisions by age group, just for gender and sport:<ul><li>Men&#39;s Cycling</li><li>Women&#39;s Cycling</li><li>Men&#39;s Running</li><li>Women&#39;s Running</li></ul>&nbsp;Important Note:There will be no age specific divisions through you must be 14 years or older to participate.

A VIRTUAL MEDAL will be emailed to ALL participants. Make sure to share on social media!&nbsp;There will be no monetary reward or prize for this event, all proceeds will go to the <a href="https://www.missionbrain.org/index.html" target="_blank">mission:brain foundation</a>&nbsp;

About Mission Earth

To register please click the orange &quot;INSCRIBIRME&quot; button (REGISTER) and follow the prompts. Registration can be completed in browser or through the Asdeporte APP (available for <a href="https://apps.apple.com/mx/app/asdeporte-oficial/id1447680650" target="_blank">&nbsp;iOS</a> and <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=es.as.deportesapp&amp;hl=es_MX" target="_blank">Android</a>).&nbsp;Within 24 hours after registering, you will receive an email from <a href="https://sodisp.com/events/mission-earth-prototype/missionbrain" target="_blank">www.sodisp.com</a> where you can link the device you would like to use to track your progress.&nbsp;

Registration cost will be as follows:<ul><li>RUNNING - $1.00 USD / km, $2.00 USD / km or $3:00 USD / km</li><li>CYCLING &ndash; $0.50 USD / km, $1.00 USD / km or $1.50 USD / km</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Important notes:&nbsp;<ul><li>You will have an option for additional donation a the end of registrarion on Active.com</li><li>At the end of registration process, in the next 24 hours, you will received an email to be directed to <a href="https://sodisp.com/events/mission-earth-prototype/missionbrain" target="_blank">sodisp</a>, where you will have to link the device that you will use to record your race.</li></ul>&nbsp;

 Register

We will email you a VIRTUAL RACE BIB, you can print out and wear during our race! Once the event is over, we will also send a VIRTUAL MEDAL of participation by email.&nbsp;Your VIRTUAL Competitor KIT includes:<ul><li>VIRTUAL Participation Medal.</li><li>VIRTUAL Participation race bib.</li></ul>

VIRTUAL KIT

At the end of the registration process, in the next 24 hours, you will received an email to be directed to sodisp, where you will have to link the device that you will use to record your race (Garmin Connect, Strava, Polar Flow Fitbit, etc.)&nbsp;The Virtual Mission Earth race will be on October 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31st, 2021. You can run or cycle on any of those days and at the time you want using any GPS device .&nbsp;The limit to participate is on October 31st, 2021 at 12:00 h (GMT -5) Mexico Central Time. This day we will have a totally live broadcast where you can join it and tell us about your experience during this competition.&nbsp;At the end of the event we will announce the total amount of kilometers and money raised.&nbsp;
